Yes. For projects over $3,000, I offer a standard 50% upfront / 50% upon completion split. For larger projects ($5,000+), we can discuss milestone-based payments or a 3-month payment plan. Payment options include credit cards, PayPal, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer for international clients. I use Stripe for secure payment processing.

My pricing includes strategy, design, revisions, and all final files. You own everything I create—no licensing fees or ongoing charges. ‍‍Specifically, you get:‍

• Strategic discovery and planning
• All design concepts and iterations
• Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope
• Final files in all necessary formats (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG, .SVG, .FIGMA)
• 30 days of post-project support for questions or minor tweaks
• Implementation guidance (or full build for Webflow/Squarespace projects)

Rush fees (+50%) may apply for accelerated timelines. Additional rounds outside the original scope are billed hourly at $150/hr.

Yes! Most of my clients are remote. I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area but work with businesses across the United States and internationally. We'll connect via Zoom for kickoff meetings and check-ins, and I use project management tools (Notion or ClickUp) to keep everything organized. For local clients, in-person meetings are available.

I'm currently accepting new projects with a start date in late October 2025. I typically work on 2-3 projects simultaneously to ensure each client gets focused attention.
