  • Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment data.
  • Business/Creator Information: Website URL, social profile link(s), business name, description, logos, public social accounts, and other publicly available information used to build your EyesAI profile.
  • Account Data: Plan type, subscription status, billing history, and support communications.
  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device info, and usage analytics collected automatically for security and performance.

2How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and maintain your EyesAI profile.
  • Generate and distribute blogs, videos, reviews, citations, and other marketing content on your behalf.
  • Send profile updates, monthly reports, billing notices, and important service-related communications via email and SMS.
  • Improve our Services, network strength, and AI visibility for all users.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

3SMS & Email Communications

  • By subscribing, you consent to receive automated emails and SMS from EyesAI regarding your account, profile, reports, and billing.
  • Standard carrier SMS rates may apply.
  • You may opt out of promotional communications, but transactional communications (billing, reports, service alerts) are required to maintain your subscription.

4Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these cases:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third parties like Stripe (payment processing), email/SMS providers, and hosting platforms needed to deliver the Services.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, subpoena, or government request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may transfer as part of the business.

5Data Retention

  • We retain your information as long as you are a subscriber.
  • If you cancel, we delete your hosted profiles and content within 7 days.
  • We may retain limited billing, account, and legal compliance records for up to 7 years.

6Security

  • Payment information is handled securely by Stripe.
  • EyesAI uses SSL encryption, firewalls, and restricted access to protect your data.
  • While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system is 100% secure.

7Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access or request a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct or update inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data (subject to billing/legal requirements).
  • Opt out of promotional emails or SMS.
